Idaho Trail Crew - Cabinet Pass Trail

The Idaho trail crew is working on the Cabinet Pass Trail, a link trail to the PNT that the Forest Service plans to eventually incorporate into a loop system up to Little Snowy Top Peak.  The crew is hard at work re-establishing tread width, improving trail drainage, installing culverts and retaining walls in muddy areas, and reconstructing lost and dangerous sections of the trail.  During its 2 10-day stints, the crew is camping and working amongst the beauty of giant old growth cedars and the Upper Priest River.
